By accessing SomaOS you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Use of the service
SomaOS provides structural biometric modelling and predictive analytics from validated mathematical models. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to interfere with its operation.
2. Subscriptions
SomaOS Elite subscriptions renew automatically at the published rate until cancelled. You may cancel from your account at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed by Stripe.
3. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and original UI elements are property of SomaOS. Underlying biomedical formulas are public-domain reference models.
4. Disclaimer of warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Outputs are structural estimates and are not medical advice.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SomaOS is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
